Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee terminal dock operations and freight movement
- Manage loading, unloading, forklift traffic, and palletized freight sortation

Requirements:

- Prior LTL management experience strongly preferred
- Strong leadership for hiring, coaching, counseling, training, and mentoring
