This one-year contractor assignment supports ATB’s corporate and branch real estate portfolio. You will coordinate transaction administration, leasing initiatives, and cross-functional delivery. The work requires five years of experience, solid process leadership, and executive-ready communication across internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own end-to-end transaction and initiative pipeline management
- Build critical path schedules and track key milestones
- Create deal trackers, dashboards, summaries, and decision memos
- Coordinate leadership, legal counsel, brokers, landlords, and vendors




- Oversee contracts, DocuSign packages, reporting, and quality assurance

Requirements:

- Five years of relevant project management experience
- Expertise in process and project management leadership
- Ability to anticipate bottlenecks and governance delays
- Experience aligning cross-functional stakeholders and external partners
- Familiarity with commercial real estate or leasing is advantageous
