Porta Via West Credit is hiring a reliable Grill Cook / Kitchen Helper. This role includes grilling, dishwashing, food prep and cleaning. Pay: $20–$22 per hour, based on experience. Hours: 30–35 hours per week, Monday–Friday. Typical shift: 8:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m., with a 30-minute unpaid meal break. Some days may run longer based on catering and prep needs. No evenings or weekends.

What you'll do
- Cook chicken, steak, vegetables and other items on the grill.
- Wash dishes, pots, pans and kitchen equipment.
- Help with chopping, portioning and daily food prep.
- Keep the kitchen, grill and work areas clean and organized.
- Follow food safety procedures and help during the lunch rush. What we're looking for
- At least 1 year of restaurant or kitchen experience.
- Experience using a commercial grill.
- Reliable, punctual and comfortable working at a busy pace.
- Willing to share dishwashing, prep and cleaning duties.
- Food Handler Certification is an asset. Permanent, in-person position at 7145 West Credit Ave, Unit 103, Mississauga.
