Job Summary Karma Home Care is seeking motivated, personable, and community-driven Outreach Ambassadors in Calgary and surrounding areas to join our team. In this role, you will act as a primary liaison between Karma Home Care and seniors, families, and community groups. Your main focus is lead generation—connecting with seniors and families seeking quality in-home care services, particularly those eligible for Alberta’s Client Directed Home Care Invoicing (CDHCI) program or private home care services. This is a 100% commission-based contract position offering complete schedule flexibility. You will earn a direct commission for every successful client referral who registers with Karma Home Care.

Key Responsibilities
& Duties
- Lead Generation & Networking: Actively identify, reach out to, and engage with seniors, family caregivers, seniors’ centers, community organizations, and cultural groups across Calgary and nearby communities.
- Promote Home Care Services: Educate community members on Karma Home Care’s services and guide eligible families on accessing government-funded home care options (AHS / CDHCI) as well as private pay care.
- Client Referral & Registration: Connect prospective clients/families with the Karma Home Care team for care intake and assessment.




- Relationship Building: Build trust and establish ongoing relationships within local senior networks and community hubs.
- Track Outreach Efforts: Maintain clean logs of outreach contacts and follow up with potential client leads. Qualifications & Skills
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and networking skills.
- Well-connected within local Calgary communities, cultural groups, or senior networks (bilingual skills in Punjabi, Hindi, Urdu, or other languages are a solid asset).
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable with independent lead generation.
- Knowledge of or familiarity with Alberta senior care, AHS home care, or CDHCI funding is an asset (training on our services will be provided). Why Join Us?
