Barrie, Ontario | Virtual Position Position Type: Independent Contractor | Part-Time | Flexible Hours Join Our Growing Team Inclusive Milestones Child Development Centres Inc. is seeking a passionate, experienced, and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our multidisciplinary team in a virtual capacity. We provide individualized support to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), developmental delays, communication challenges, and diverse learning needs. This is a fantastic chance for an SLP looking to supplement their existing caseload while enjoying the flexibility of working remotely.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual speech and language assessments for children ages 3–16.
- Prepare comprehensive assessment reports with individualized therapy goals and recommendations.
- Provide clinical supervision to our Speech Assistants
- Review therapy documentation, monitor client progress, and update treatment goals as needed.




- Ensure all services and documentation comply with professional and regulatory standards. Qualifications
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario (CASLPO).
- Experience working with children with autism, developmental delays, and communication disorders.
- Experience supervising Speech-Language Pathology Assistants.
- Strong clinical assessment, report-writing, and communication skills.
- Comfortable providing virtual services and collaborating with an in-person therapy team.
- Experience with AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) is an asset.
