Job Summary The Registered Practical Nurse provides attentive, person-centred care, supports patients’ health and comfort, and contributes to coordinated care in office based setting. In office and virtual patient care of all ages Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care, administer IM, sub cutaneous medications as needed .
- Maintain accurate patient records, use medical terminology, and coordinate care with colleagues and other providers.
- intake and chronic disease management of patients. Clear documentation, preparing medical letters, form completions.
- Work together with office stafff. Skills Required: Practical nursing capabilities include patient care, clear communication, accurate documentation, medication administration, and attention to changes in patient condition. Familiarity with medical terminology supports safe coordination and transparent reporting. Preferred: Related experience in nursing, hospitals, acute care, pediatrics, or care for children is valuable. medical office experience, Italian or Slavic speaking and familiarity with Telus are additional strengths. Pay: $24.00-$28.00 per hour Work
