About the Opportunity WAS Enterprises / Rosedale Transport is seeking a dedicated Truck Owner Operator Agent Partner for local City P&D; routes across the Vancouver Lower mainland. Unlike standard contracts paid by the mile or weight, this position offers an independent, hourly-based revenue stream of $45 to $50 per hour. This ensures your business is steadily compensated for every hour on the road, protecting your bottom line from local traffic delays. *Please note: This is an independent business ownership opportunity that requires a minimum financial investment of $50,000 in our available used 5-ton fleet equipment.

• Safely operate a 5-ton truck equipped with a manual transmission and air brakes throughout the Vancouver Lower mainland.
• Execute local pickup and delivery (P&D;) routes exclusively between commercial loading docks.




• Perform standard daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to maintain safety compliance.
• Manage your independent business operations, route paperwork, logistics tracking and invoicing. What We Require & Partnership Terms
• Financial Investment: Successful applicants must have a minimum $50,000 investment potential to secure the position and acquire our available used equipment.
• Compliance & Credentials: Must currently hold or be able to obtain a British Columbia National Safety Code (BCNSC) safety certificate and your own ICBC vehicle insurance and Rosedale approved cargo insurance policy.

Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of proven experience driving commercial vehicles with a manual transmission and air brakes.
• Licensing: Valid BC Driver's License (Class 1, 3, or Class 5 with an Air Brake Endorsement) and a clean commercial abstract.
• Local Knowledge: Solid navigation skills within the Vancouver Lower mainland commercial transport corridors.
• Professional Standards: Partners must successfully pass and maintain compliance with Rosedale's strict company associate/partner professional Code of Conduct and Service Policy. Performance and compliance will be formally evaluated at the 6-month mark; failure to meet these standards will result in immediate termination of the contract and position.
