Inside Sales Representative — Remote APX Access & Security | Alberta Part-time: 25–30 hours per week Pay: $25 per hour plus commission APX Access & Security is looking for a proactive Inside Sales Representative to help grow our commercial installation business across Alberta. We install access control, CCTV, automatic doors, accessible washroom systems, structured cabling and fibre. Your role will be to connect with potential customers, identify upcoming projects and book qualified sales appointments. What you’ll do Make outbound calls and send personalised emails to general contractors, property managers, builders and commercial businesses. Introduce APX’s services and get us added to vendor and subcontractor bid lists. Identify upcoming projects and qualify opportunities. Book site visits and sales calls for the owner. Follow up on enquiries, quotes and existing leads. Keep accurate records of contacts, conversations and next steps. Work toward agreed targets for outreach, qualified opportunities and booked appointments. The owner will handle technical assessments, estimating and final pricing. What we’re looking for Experience in inside sales, outbound calling,



appointment setting or business development. Confidence speaking with business owners, estimators and project managers. Strong written communication, organisation and follow-through. Ability to work independently and stay productive remotely. Comfortable using email, spreadsheets and CRM tools. A quiet workspace, reliable internet and availability during Alberta business hours. Experience in construction, security, electrical, low-voltage or building services is an asset, but not required.
