Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Respond promptly to incoming leads, customer inquiries and walk-in visitors.
- Confidently close sales, handle objections and negotiate professionally.
- Upsell and cross-sell products by demonstrating their value and advantages.
- Build lasting relationships with homeowners, contractors, builders and designers.
- Generate B2B opportunities and maintain a contractor database.
- Maintain accurate sales records, follow-ups and daily updates. Warehouse Operations
- Prepare orders and assist customers and delivery drivers with pickups.
- Safely lift, carry and load materials into vans, trucks and other vehicles.
- Receive shipments, organize inventory and maintain product displays.




- Monitor stock availability and coordinate orders with management.
- Maintain a clean, organized and safe warehouse environment. Qualifications
- Proven sales experience with robust closing and objection-handling skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- B2B sales, construction materials or home improvement experience is an asset.
- Adaptable to changing pricing, promotions, inventory and business priorities.
- Proactive, organized, self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
- Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Reliable, punctual and committed to excellent customer service. Contractor Schedule & Expectations
- Schedule: Six days per week, Monday to Saturday, 10am
- 7pm.
- Availability: Consistent onsite presence during warehouse operating hours to assist customers, coordinate pickups and manage sales inquiries. Compensation & Commission
- Monthly base: $3,000, paid biweekly.
- Commission sales: 2.5%
- 5% on closed sales paid at the end of each month. Commissions are subject to full customer payment and completion of applicable installations or services. Cancelled or refunded sales are excluded.
