Job Description
Ottawa Valley Metal Inc. is seeking a friendly, motivated, and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Gloucester, Ontario. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, responding to inquiries, processing orders, and providing professional support to ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and order status.
- Process customer orders, requests, and returns.
- Maintain customer records and update information in the company database.
- Resolve customer complaints and address concerns professionally.
- Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and production departments.
- Follow up with customers regarding orders and deliveries.
- Prepare quotes, invoices, and other customer-related documents.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Qualifications




- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous customer service experience is an asset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
