Job Overview The Health and Wellness Consultant at The Natural Health Collaborative supports customers in exploring natural health products, wellness solutions, and lifestyle options that align with their individual needs. This customer-facing role combines retail sales, product education, product demonstrations, merchandising, and point-of-sale transactions in a welcoming and supportive environment. Clear communication and personalized customer service help customers make informed purchasing decisions while contributing to the company's commitment to health, wellness, and customer satisfaction. Duties
- Welcome customers, understand their health and wellness interests, answer questions about natural health products, supplements, and wellness items, and provide friendly customer service in person and by phone.
- Explain product features, benefits, and appropriate usage based on available product information, conduct product demonstrations, and use effective upselling techniques to support informed purchasing decisions.
- Maintain attractive product displays, organize merchandise, monitor product availability, assist with retail sales, and process POS transactions, cashiering, and cash handling accurately.
- Support daily store operations by organizing tasks, maintaining product presentation, managing time effectively, and using basic math to complete transactions and inventory-related activities.

Professional phone etiquette, basic mathematics, and the ability to operate POS systems and handle cash accurately. English proficiency is essential for effective customer interactions. Preferred: Experience in retail sales, health and wellness products, natural supplements, cashiering, or customer consultation. Product demonstration skills, familiarity with natural health and wellness products, and the ability to explain product information clearly are valuable. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are an asset when serving a diverse customer base. Pay: From $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 45.0 per week
