This permanent SCTR position supports Aviation Services within Operations and Administration. You will deliver training under company guidelines while coaching Screening Officers, mentoring employees, and assisting re-certification. Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver on-the-job, refresher, practical exam, and customer service training
- Monitor screening employee tests and practical skills development
- Implement training for new employees and orientation programs




- Provide checkpoint oversight and certification maintenance recommendations
- Coach Screening Officers and correct incomplete critical processes

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current Pre-Board Screening Officer certification for twelve months
- Advanced qualifications with no PERs
- Meet client minimum training standards
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and strategic skills
