As a Financial Analyst – FP&A;, you will support a finance team serving RCL’s business partners. Develop experience across operating expenses, advertising, freight, store operations, and projects. Learn from FP&A; leaders while strengthening analysis, reporting, and financial modeling skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare operating expense budgets and forecasts across business areas
- Analyze actual results against budgets and explain key variances
- Prepare financial reports, analyses, and summaries
- Assist with business cases and follow-up analysis
- Improve financial models, reports, and planning tools

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field
- Two to three years of relevant finance experience
- Knowledge of Excel, financial analysis, and reporting
- Accuracy handling financial data from multiple sources
- French and English bilingual communication skills
