Lead SAP SuccessFactors operations at PointClickCare, applying HRIS configuration and troubleshooting expertise to support core human resources systems.

This senior-level analyst partners with HR, Payroll, and IT on daily HRIS operations and technology initiatives. You will support Employee Central, Compensation, Recruiting, Onboarding, Payroll, Talent, and Learning technologies. The work includes data corrections, annual cycles, training, integrations, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support core HCM modules across the employee lifecycle
- Configure systems, troubleshoot issues, and resolve data inquiries
- Execute annual objective-setting and compensation planning cycles
- Guide administrators, program owners, and platform users
- Manage releases, enhancements,



integrations, and system changes

Requirements:

- Seven or more years of senior HRIS experience
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, Business, or related field
- Robust hands-on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central experience
- Workday experience supporting reporting, security, or migration activities
- Experience with REST APIs, integrations, data feeds, or middleware
