This full time hourly Sheet Metal Journeyman position supports the HVAC team across commercial and residential customer projects. You will fabricate, install, and repair sheet metal products and HVAC duct systems. The role also includes field representation, project management, and department growth support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee HVAC fabrication, installation, and repair work
- Manage crews and enforce safety and quality standards
- Lay out, measure, mark, and weld sheet metal
- Read sketches and interpret work specifications
- Complete paperwork and work order documentation

Requirements:

- Five to ten years with Red Seal endorsement
- Commercial sheet metal fabrication and installation experience
- Valid Class 5 driver's license with good abstract
- Ability to travel weekly throughout the Maritimes
- Availability for eight to ten-hour day or night shifts
