Enbridge is seeking an Employee Services Representative to deliver premier customer service to employees in a high-volume HR contact centre. You will resolve payroll, benefits, pension, and workforce inquiries using the case management system, while maintaining privacy and SOX compliance.
In this role you will guide users on Workday and our HR tools, document interactions, and collaborate with Payroll, Perks, and HR teams to provide timely, accurate information and first-contact resolution.
