This permanent, full time Recreation Program Coordinator I assists with planning, coordinating, and developing recreation services. The position supports effective implementation while working with staff, volunteers, and community partners. Recreation scheduling software familiarity and sound judgment are important.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with planning community recreation programs
- Coordinate facility rentals and special events
- Support effective program implementation and participant engagement
- Provide customer service to program participants and the public

Requirements:

- Post-secondary course in Recreation, Leisure Services, or related field
- Minimum one year experience in a recreation setting
- Familiarity with community programming and recreation scheduling software
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License
- Availability Tuesday to Saturday, including evenings and weekends
