We are looking to build a reliable, skilled roster of versatile handymen and general maintenance professionals to join our team on a part-time basis. The goal of this role is to help lighten the workload on our primary operations by taking on varied property maintenance, repairs, and minor project tasks. Whether you are looking for weekday shifts or versatile weekend work, we want to accommodate schedules that fit your availability. What You'll Be Doing
- Performing general property repairs, maintenance, and basic installations.
- Assisting with minor construction, carpentry, or assembly tasks.
- Troubleshooting issues related to general facilities or residential upkeep.
- Completing assigned projects efficiently and maintaining a safe work environment. What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience in general handiwork, home repair, maintenance, or construction.
- Specializations or strong competency in one or more trades (e.g., Plumbing, Electrical, Carpentry/Construction, Drywall, Painting, General Repair).
- Reliable transportation and your own basic set of tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, detail-oriented attitude.
