- Greet customers warmly nd assist with their inquiries in person and over the phone
- Operate POS systems accurately for cash, credit, and digital payments
- Handle cash handling responsibilities with precision and integrity




- Upsell products and promote special offers or recent items to enhance sales opportunities
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction
- Support inventory management through stock replenishment and organization
- Assist with closing procedures as needed clean up end of the day Skills
- Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette, to interact professionally with customers and team members
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy periods
