Support independence and inclusion with CLGW as a Direct Support Professional in community-based residential settings. Part-time and relief/casual schedules are available.

CLGW seeks Direct Support Professionals to support adults with developmental and/or physical disabilities. You will help people pursue personal goals, participate in daily living, and experience belonging. The work includes person-centred support, collaboration, and accurate documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Promote inclusion, independence, and self-determination
- Support individuals pursuing personal goals and dreams
- Assist with cooking, cleaning, medication administration, and personal care
- Complete lifts and transfers when required
- Collaborate with teams, families, and community partners

Requirements:

- Degree or diploma in a related human services field
- Valid Ontario Class Full G Driver's License
- Work at least two weekends monthly
- Flexibility to pick up additional shifts
- Robust communication, interpersonal, and computer skills
