The Senior Training Specialist creates digital and instructor-led learning for Microsoft Dynamics CE and F&O; environments. Responsibilities span instructional design, training needs analysis, storyboarding, content development, and delivery for technical and non-technical audiences. The assignment also requires interpreting business processes, workflows, system test cases, data, and technical documentation.
