Oversee treatment performance and utility compliance at Big White Ski Resort, supporting water systems, wastewater facilities, and technical operations.

This Supervisor / Operator III manages daily operations and maintenance for resort water and wastewater systems. Reporting to the VP Utility Operations, you will monitor process performance, diagnose issues, and support Federal and Provincial regulatory requirements. The position combines supervision, equipment checks, sampling, process adjustments, and maintenance leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure efficient operation of treatment facilities and equipment
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical maintenance issues
- Support regulatory, permit, and maintenance compliance requirements
- Develop safety policies, procedures,



and training programs
- Assist capital improvement and maintenance project planning

Requirements:

- Comprehensive water and wastewater treatment operations experience
- Knowledge of water distribution infrastructure and pumping systems
- Solid mechanical, electrical, and controls maintenance understanding
- Ability to interpret plans, drawings, and technical documents
- WorkSafeBC safety knowledge and sound operational judgment
