Protect Maple Lodge Farms through industrial security, emergency response, and controlled access in Brampton on an overnight shift. The schedule runs 6:30 pm to 6:30 am, including weekends and holidays.

Reporting to the Security Supervisor, the Security Guard maintains a secure, secure facility for employees, visitors, and assets. The work includes incident investigation, report writing, radio dispatch, camera monitoring, and patrols. This existing position requires consistent application of departmental policies, procedures, and instructions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Control facility access and enforce company policy when required
- Investigate incidents, respond to emergencies, and prepare reports
- Operate radios, dispatch staff, escort money, and monitor cameras
- Conduct mobile, foot, lighting,



and fence checks
- Issue hot work permits and monitor contractor performance

Requirements:

- One to three years' related experience or equivalent preparation
- Knowledge of industrial security functions and practices
- Valid Ontario Security Guard license and G Class driver's license
- Clear communication, report writing, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work twelve-hour shifts, weekends, and holidays
