The Manager, Marketing reports to the Director, Marketing and leads event marketing and promotions teams. This leadership position manages campaigns for PNE consumer and corporate brands. Its focus includes maximizing attendance, strengthening brand awareness, and achieving event targets through coordinated channels and performance adjustments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead event marketing and promotions teams
- Manage strategies supporting attendance and engagement
- Drive brand awareness and event target achievement
- Assess campaign effectiveness and adjust performance using data
- Develop pricing strategies aligned with competitor pricing

Requirements:

- Minimum eight years' experience in a leadership role
- Working knowledge of marketing and events
- Strong analytical skills for forecasting effectiveness
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Criminal Record Check required
