The role connects CRM, Marketing, Retailers, Sales, Pre-Owned, IT, and regional teams to create targeted opportunities. You will guide Service Inclusive, Value Service Packages, and customer conversion initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop customer retention programs for BMW and MINI service
- Analyze segmentation, teleservice, and service opportunity data

Requirements:

- College automotive degree or university business or management degree
- Minimum five years of relevant experience, preferably automotive

- Microsoft Excel and SAP proficiency with worldwide travel ability
