RunReady is advancing the sport through research, innovation, and education. Led by Physiotherapists, our running health brand, studies the human body and running footwear to help people run healthier and perform better.

RunReady is part of a company that includes RunAsYouAre, a Vancouver-based specialty shop offering top footwear, apparel, and accessories. Since 2013, RunAsYouAre has supported the local running community through weekly runs and events.

RunReady recently opened RunReady Studio, a running health service available exclusively at the RunAsYouAre West 4th Avenue shop.

RunReady is building RunReady Pro, the running health platform for physiotherapists to deliver RunReady Assessment.

THE ROLE

As a Clinical Product Specialist (Physiotherapist), you will help bridge the gap between clinical expertise and product development. In this hybrid role, you'll work closely with our technology and development team to ensure RunReady Pro reflects best practices in physiotherapy, running performance, and injury prevention. You'll also be involved in testing recent features, refining user experience, and validating program effectiveness from a clinical lens.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Research and Product Development | 50%

- Clinical Validation | Apply your physiotherapy expertise to ensure accuracy, efficacy, and safety of RunReady's assessment protocols, footwear recommendations, and exercise library.
- Product Development Collaboration | Collaborate with Technology, Product,



and Run Specialist teams to evolve the RunReady Pro product, translating clinical workflows into intuitive digital tools and integrated footwear fitting experiences.
- Testing + Feedback | Pilot new features, identify gaps, and provide actionable feedback for continuous product improvement.
- Content Development | Contribute to instructional video scripts, exercise protocols, and educational resources to support both clinicians and end users.
- Research + Insights | Stay current with physiotherapy, sports medicine, and running science, applying insights to guide product updates and long-term innovation

RunReady Studio and Product Testing | 25%

- Program Delivery Deliver RunReady services in the RunReady Studio to gain firsthand experience with client assessments, footwear recommendations, and exercise prescriptions.
- Validation and Feedback Collect and analyze client feedback to validate system performance and identify areas for refinement.
- Collaboration Collaborate with the Product and Technology teams to test and improve the RunReady platform in a live setting.

Cross Functional Collaboration | 15%

- Integration Work with the Clinical Education, Product, and Technology teams to integrate validated findings into platform updates and training materials.




- Brand Standards Collaborate with the Brand and Marketing teams to ensure that all research communications follow brand approved content standards.
- Partnership Development Support publication efforts and partnerships that build RunReady's credibility in the physiotherapy, sports science, and running community.
- Educational Support Help guide the development of educational content used in consumer marketing, employer marketing, and other RunReady and RunAsYouAre communication channels, ensuring accuracy and alignment with clinical research.

Training and Community Engagement | 10%

- Onboarding Assist in onboarding physiotherapists who license RunReady, guiding them in integrating the platform into their practices.
- Training Provide clinical context, best practices, and ongoing support to ensure effective adoption and consistent client outcomes.
- Education Support Contribute to course content, internal education sessions, webinars, and workshops.
- Representation Represent RunReady at industry events to present RunReady-related key findings and encourage collaboration opportunities.
