This Environmental Services Supervisor contract lasts 12 months and oversees housekeeping and porter services. The position requires personnel management, budgeting, inventory control, and strong administrative organization. You will support site needs through policies, procedures, job routines, and staff coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage interviews, hiring, evaluations, and personnel decisions
- Coordinate housekeeping and porter services with infection control
- Manage site costs and expenses against approved budgets
- Order supplies and maintain accurate inventory records




- Coordinate attendance, assignments, breaks, and shift coverage

Requirements:

- At least two years of Environmental Services Supervisory experience
- Knowledge of housekeeping procedures and laundry management
- Strong infection control and Health and Safety knowledge
- Understanding of budgeting and profit and loss concepts
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
