Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a Psychiatric Liaison Nurse to join the Greenwich Mental Health Liaison Team. You will carry out bio-psycho-social assessments on individuals presenting with mental health difficulties and work with emergency department referrals and medical wards, including handling patients under Section 136.
