Key Responsibilities:

- Travel to out-of-town RTM locations Monday through Thursday
- Complete year-end warranty checks and service work
- Perform carpentry, renovation, finishing, and repair tasks
- Complete drywall taping and mudding accurately
- Document warranty repairs and maintain company equipment

Requirements:

- Previous carpentry and renovation experience required
- Confidence completing drywall taping and mudding
- Valid Class 5 licence and clean driver's abstract
- Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Dependable, self-motivated, honest, and hardworking approach
