This maintenance professional completes wide-ranging work across residential building systems and shared amenities. Daily duties include work orders, light plumbing, minor repairs, inspections, turnovers, and emergency calls. The position requires health, safety, and emergency procedure knowledge, plus independent and team-based work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Complete maintenance work orders with plumbing emphasis
- Perform painting, drywall patching, and minor property repairs

Requirements:

- Experience repairing sinks, faucets, toilets, and P-traps
