This Credentials Coordinator assignment is based in a hospital Medical Staff Office. The experienced credentialing professional manages provider compliance through credentialing, privileging, reappointments, and accurate documentation. The schedule runs 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, five days weekly, with 100% onsite work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage provider credentialing and recredentialing processes
- Perform Primary Source Verification for providers
- Process physician privileging applications
- Maintain accurate, audit-ready credential files
- Support onboarding, system access, and orientation

Requirements:

- Two or more years of hospital credentialing experience
- Active CPCS or CPMSM certification required
- Experience with provider credentialing and privileging
- Experience managing provider reappointments
- Solid attention to detail and strict confidentiality
