Support transportation compliance at Precision Specialized by coordinating permits, approvals, and documentation for specialized freight movements.

This full-time Operations position manages time-sensitive permitting for oversized, overweight, and specialized loads. You will work with Dispatch, Operations, drivers, customers, and government authorities. Accuracy with dimensions, weights, dates, routes, and regulatory documentation is central to the work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate permits with provincial, state, municipal, and regulatory authorities
- Review approved permits for restrictions and special conditions
- Monitor expiration dates and maintain valid documentation
- Resolve permitting issues and obtain clarification when necessary




- Track regulatory changes affecting specialized transportation

Requirements:

- Experience with online permitting systems and transportation software
- Microsoft Office application experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple shipments and priorities simultaneously
- Ability to work independently with Dispatch and Operations
