Own accounts payable for an established manufacturer in Innisfil, using three-way matching and supplier reconciliations. This is a permanent, full-time on-site position.

As an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist, you will manage the AP function within a Canadian finance team. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will process invoices, resolve discrepancies, and coordinate payment activities. Excel and accounting or ERP system experience are required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Match supplier invoices with purchase orders and receipt confirmations
- Resolve discrepancies and obtain required approvals
- Reconcile supplier statements and clear outstanding items
- Prepare supplier payment runs under approval procedures
- Process expenses, credit cards,



records, and payment queries

Requirements:

- Proven accounts payable and three-way matching experience
- Supplier statement reconciliation and payment run experience
- Expense claim and credit card reconciliation experience
- Robust Excel skills and accounting or ERP system experience
- Independent organization, prioritization, attention to detail, and communication
