Support payroll and benefits accuracy as a Human Resources Generalist for Allianz Trade in Canada, working in a hybrid and flexible model.

Reporting to the Head of Human Resources – Canada, this QC/ON generalist provides operational support within a matrixed organization. The work spans Human Resources, payroll, benefits, pension, profit sharing, reporting, audits, and communications. You will support employees and managers across Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process Human Resources, payroll, benefits, pension, and profit sharing information
- Answer employee and manager inquiries about workplace programs
- Process hiring, employee changes, terminations, and onboarding requirements
- Complete full-cycle recruitment and background checks




- Generate reports and assist with payroll audits

Requirements:

- Three to five years in Human Resources support required
- Experience with Human Resources and payroll systems required
- Post-secondary Human Resources or Business Administration degree
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- English and French proficiency required for oral and written communication
