Extendicare St. Catharines is seeking a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) for a part time role. Shift 6am-2pm, 15 hours biweekly, located in St. Catharines. Reporting to the Director of Care, you will support nursing practice in line with Ontario standards.

Responsibilities include resident assessment, care plan development, supervising support staff, and medication administration. Closing date: Oct 29, 2026; salary range $33.47–$35.07 hourly.
