Position Overview

Are you an engaging communicator who loves technology and coaching others? We are looking for a Retail Training & Brand Specialist to represent a premier device and platform brand across top retail locations.

In this role, you aren't on the sales floor chasing individual customer transactions or quotas. Instead, you are the in-field educator and brand expert. Your mission is to train, inspire, and support store sales associates so they have the knowledge and confidence to recommend our products to their customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Train & Empower Retail Staff: Lead interactive product knowledge sessions, formal demos, and quick huddles for store associates so they can speak confidently about our devices and ecosystem.
- Build Store Relationships: Act as the trusted partner and main point of contact for store managers and staff across assigned retail locations.
- Merchandising & Visual Standards: Ensure product displays, interactive demo units, and promotional materials are functional, up-to-date, and visually engaging.
- Drive Indirect Brand Growth:



Influence overall store sales velocity by removing product knowledge gaps and creating enthusiastic brand advocates among retail staff.
- Gather Market Insights: Collect qualitative feedback from store teams and report on retail trends, display health, and field observations to internal leadership.
- Support Key Retail Events: Participate in brand-activation days, new product launches, and high-traffic promotional weekends to showcase devices, run demos, and support the store team.

Qualifications

- Strong Presentation & Coaching Skills: Ability to break down technical features into simple, compelling selling points for store teams.
- Relationship Builder: Comfortable walking into retail environments and connecting easily with store associates and retail leaders.
- Tech-Savvy & Quick Learner: A genuine interest in mobile technology, hardware, and connected ecosystems.
- Autonomous & Organized: Highly self-motivated with the ability to manage daily territory routes and travel schedules independently.
- Bilingualism: Fluent in both English and French (required).Travel & Physical Requirements:
- Valid Driver's License, access to a reliable vehicle for daily territory travel, and willingness to complete occasional overnight trips.
- Ability to lift and set up retail display materials (approx. 25 lbs).

Ici, tu ne fais pas de vente directe et tu ne passes pas ta journée à courir après des quotas ou des clients. Ton rôle, c'est d'être le formateur-expert et la référence sur le terrain. Ton objectif : former, motiver et épauler les conseillers en magasin pour qu'ils attrapent la piqure pour nos produits et qu'ils sachent exactement comment les recommander à leur clientèle.
