The position emphasizes consistent experiences, intentional recommendations, and inclusive culture.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate results across revenue, comp growth, AVS, and IPT
- Equip Team Members with product knowledge for recommendations
- Create a succession strategy and administer performance reviews




- Lead community outreach with a proactive, cutting-edge approach
- Inspire teams through coaching, collaboration, and core values
