Manage leasing, inspections, rent collection, and customer enquiries while maintaining residential sites through hands-on daily operations.
The Community Residential Manager supports occupancy, resident service, and site performance through effective customer interactions. This role includes answering rental enquiries, inspecting suites, preparing deposits, processing paperwork, managing inventory, and coordinating contractors. Cleaning, snow removal, and touch-up painting may also be required.
