Job
Summary
The Process Specialist is responsible for innovating
and developing production processes, production lines, and
equipment that meet customer requirements and project constraints,
with the goal of optimizing the production chain and the
organization of manufacturing operations. This individual is
accountable for the performance of the proposed
solution.
Your Role, Your
Impact Under the supervision of the Project Manager, assist
in defining the project scope, requirements,



and technical
specifications.
Demonstrate project feasibility by developing an
initial concept and estimating the required budget (Class D
estimate) and preliminary schedule.
Develop innovative solutions that address customer
needs and project constraints.
Recommend the selection of required technical team
members (internal and external) based on project needs and
complexity.
Collaborate closely with the Project Manager and
Project Director in carrying out various project management
activities.
Serve as an advisor to project managers and clients
throughout all project management processes, from procurement to
execution, over the entire project lifecycle.
Act as the technical authority for assigned
projects.
Coordinate or participate in all quality assurance
activities related to the developed solution (FAT, SAT,
Commissioning).
Work with the design team to develop and maintain
design standards, as well as conduct technology monitoring in the
fields of construction, mechanics, and process engineering within
the food industry.
