About the Role

We’re hiring a Store Manager to lead daily store operations, develop a high-performing team, and drive sales and compliance in a fast-paced cannabis retail environment. You’ll own store results while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

What You’ll Do

- - Lead daily store operations and ensure operational excellence
- - Recruit, train, coach, and manage store teams
- - Drive sales, KPIs, labour, and budget performance
- - Create a robust customer-focused sales culture
- - Manage inventory,



merchandising, and reporting
- - Ensure compliance with provincial cannabis regulations
- - Verify ID and follow all company policies and procedures

About You

- - 3+ years of retail or customer service experience with leadership responsibility
- - Strong sales, people leadership, and operational skills
- - Cannabis, liquor, or regulated retail experience preferred
- - Cannabis selling certification (Selling It Right, SellSafe, CRTP, CRWTP, or CanSell)
- - Minimum age requirement based on province (18/19+)
- - Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
- - Ability to pass a Criminal Record Check
