About the Role

War Room is looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing team Reporting to the Director of Sales, you will be responsible for generating recent business opportunities, qualifying leads, and supporting our sales pipeline.



You'll play a key role in connecting with prospective clients and positioning our digital marketing and technical services to meet their needs.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is motivated, curious, and eager to build a career in sales within a fast-growing digital marketing agency.

Please note that this is a hybrid role that requires 2 days a week in the office. We are located at 210 W Broadway, Vancouver.

What You'll Be Doing

- Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients through outbound channels (email, LinkedIn, and calling where appropriate).
- Qualify inbound leads and book discovery meetings that align with War Room's ideal client profile.
- Ensure a consistent flow of qualified discovery meetings for the Sales team.
- Qualify prospects based on anticipated media budget, decision-making authority, and a genuine reason to explore paid media services.

Prospecting & Research

- Build targeted prospect lists using tools such as lemlist, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar platforms.
