Who We’re Looking For:

- Minimum 1 year of recent Canadian accounting experience
- Experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable within a fast‑paced environment
- Previous automotive dealership accounting experience is an asset




- Exceptional attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills; able to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Proficient with MS Office; experience with PBS is an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive, service‑focused approach and the desire to exceed expectations
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Schedule:

Full‑time; Monday to Friday

Compensation:

$48,000 - $52,000 per year

What You’ll Do:

- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Perform collection calls, follow-ups, and receipt of payments
- Process and update pre‑authorized
