Our WINNIPEG BRANCH has an exciting prospect for a DELIVERY DRIVER to join our team

What You Will Do:

Delivery Driver delivers FGI products on their designated routes while building strong relationships with customers. You will work with your branch team members to deliver a high-quality customer experience that exceeds customer expectations through the following tasks:

- Deliver FGI products to customers on designated routes while building strong relationships with customers
- Load materials into the vehicle and install straps, bracing, or padding to prevent shifting or damage in transit
- Check all load–related documentation to ensure that it is complete and accurate
- Report any missing or damaged product to management and follow up
- Pick up cores and any return merchandise and tag at the branch for vendor return
- Assist inside warehouse between deliveries
- Other duties as assigned





What We Require:

- 5 years of total driving experience with no major driving infractions, combined with strong knowledge of Winnipeg and surrounding areas — you know the traffic patterns, not just the roads
- Minimum 1-2 years of courier-related driving with strong customer service experience preferred, combined with a high school diploma or other equivalency certificate
- Must have open availability including Saturdays
- Previous experience with transporting dangerous goods is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with aftermarket parts or heavy-duty parts is preferred but not required
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and other standard office equipment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication skills, including both written and verbal
- Team-oriented, adaptable, with a commitment to safety excellence
- Physical requirements include occasionally lifting up to 75 – 100lbs, sit for long periods of time, drive an FGI vehicle on roadways and highways
