Lightspeed is seeking a full time, customer-centric, and detail-oriented professional to join the team as a Billing Support Specialist in our Montreal office. Reporting to the Global Billing Manager, you will be responsible for supporting customers with subscription and invoice-related inquiries across our products.

You will play an important role in ensuring accurate and timely billing support, following established processes, and collaborating with your manager and team to address issues and improve the customer experience.

What you’ll be doing:

- Resolve billing and subscription inquiries from customers and internal teams

- Review, consolidate, and reconcile orders, contracts, invoices, and payments

- Handle terminations and outstanding
