Shape luxury hospitality at Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge through outlet leadership, beverage knowledge, and exceptional guest service in Alberta. Oversee a premier dining operation where colleague engagement and guest satisfaction guide daily decisions. As General Manager, Outlets, you will lead the effective operation of the restaurant and related dining environment. Your responsibilities include developing department leaders, coaching employees, and maintaining service excellence. You will also contribute to monthly forecasting and month-end commentary while reporting to Food and Beverage leadership.

Requirements:
- Five or more years of senior Food and Beverage Management experience
- Knowledge of beverage, culinary, and wine operations
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows programs
- High-volume bar experience strongly preferred, not required
