Lead Environment, Health and Safety programs at DECIEM’s Etobicoke manufacturing facility, using Ontario compliance expertise and multi-site EHS leadership. This full-time position works on-site five days weekly. As Senior Manager, Workplace, Health and Safety, you will direct programs across Ontario manufacturing, Ontario distribution, New Jersey distribution, and Fraser Head Office support. You will establish priorities, metrics, goals, and standardized processes while managing the EHS Specialist. The role supports safety, environmental compliance, and operational excellence across locations.

Key Responsibilities
- Establish EHS strategy, metrics, goals, and standardized processes
- Lead EHS programs across assigned manufacturing and distribution sites




- Track performance data and present trends to leadership
- Represent the company with EHS regulatory authorities
- Mentor Joint Health and Safety Committees across sites

Requirements:
- Five to seven-plus years of progressive hands-on EHS leadership
- Two to three years of direct people management experience
- Expertise in Ontario EHS legislation and environmental compliance
- Working knowledge of United States OSHA regulations
- Experience with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 systems Bring multi-site EHS leadership, Ontario regulatory knowledge, and manufacturing safety expertise to DECIEM’s Etobicoke operations.
