This Property Claims Estimate & Repair Verification Advisor role supports consistent estimating practices across Allstate’s Good Hands Repair Network. You will conduct virtual repair estimate reviews and support Claims and Vendor Management teams with complex estimates, escalations, and reporting. The work requires property claims knowledge, problem solving, and attention to industry best practices and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
- Complete virtual reviews of vendor repair estimates and assigned claims
- Research and respond to customer escalations, concerns, and conflicts
- Develop, manage, and audit Valuable Hands Repair Network vendor relationships




- Monitor network trends and identify guideline update opportunities
- Participate in Claims calibration activities and leadership collaborations

Requirements:
- Proficiency with Verisk products, including XactAnalysis and Xactimate
- Knowledge of insurance, property claims, and property insurance
- Problem-solving skills for complex estimates and escalations
- Understanding of estimating best practices and regulatory compliance
- Ability to support Claims and Vendor Management teams Apply property claims, estimating, Xactimate, and problem-solving expertise to strengthen Allstate’s remote repair verification practices.
