As an Enterprise Architect, you will support organizational transformation and modernization through strategic architecture guidance. You will work with corporate functions, IT shared services, and business teams. The role emphasizes technology reuse, solution evolution, architecture standards, repositories, and recommendations.

Key Responsibilities
- Translate strategic ambitions into current and future IT capabilities
- Develop and maintain solution evolution roadmaps
- Promote reuse of technology solutions and capabilities




- Assess technical capabilities and advocate architectural recommendations
- Guide teams in applying the architecture process

Requirements:
- More than 15 years of enterprise architecture experience
- Strong command of TOGAF and Zachman frameworks
- Experience with SDLC, DevOps, ITSM, Agile, and LEAN
- Solid focus on cloud computing and virtualization
- Excellent French and intermediate English proficiency Bring strategic vision, enterprise architecture expertise, and influential recommendations to iA Financial Group’s modernization initiatives across Quebec.
