Support ATB’s hybrid technical operations with SAP BASIS expertise and monitoring skills across a rotational 24/7 environment. As a Technical Operations Analyst, you will support Client Technology Enablement Operations and ATB’s digital environment. The work includes SAP administration, batch processing, file transfers, job scheduling, and incident response. You will help maintain stable and efficient technical operations through documented procedures.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor complex SAP environments and EOD or EOM batch processing
- Resolve ServiceNow tickets and infrastructure-related incidents
- Evaluate server activity and perform preventative actions
- Support MFT SFTP monitoring, failures, and troubleshooting
- Analyze production events and follow documented procedures

Requirements:
- Three to four years of IT operations experience
- Experience administering SAP and SAP BASIS environments
- Knowledge of Windows, Linux, AIX, DB2, SQL, Suse, and HANA
- Experience with Splunk, SolarWinds, Redwood, Solution Manager, or SFTP
- Understanding of ITIL v4 fundamentals Apply your SAP BASIS, monitoring, incident management, and systems support experience to ATB’s technical operations setting.
