Lead occupational health and safety at Lactalis Canada’s Belleville site, applying ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and regulatory compliance expertise onsite. The Occupational Health and Safety Manager reports to the plant manager and leads environment, health, and safety oversight. The position builds relationships with site leadership and employees while supporting the EHS management system. It also advances the Lactalis Canada EHS roadmap, incident prevention, environmental compliance, and leading practices.

Key Responsibilities
- Implement EHS systems based on ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
- Coach leaders on safety leadership and incident investigations
- Facilitate EHS committees, audits, reports, and corrective actions
- Oversee permits, wastewater performance,



and regulatory relationships
- Integrate EHS considerations into CAPEX project reviews

Requirements:
- University or college diploma in OHS, workplace, or related field
- Seven to ten years of industrial EHS experience
- Knowledge of regulations, ISO standards, and major workplace risks
- Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and influencing skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Lotus Notes Bring EHS leadership, regulatory knowledge, and analytical expertise to Lactalis Canada’s Belleville manufacturing site.
